We never rent or sell our customers' data to anyone. All information held is strictly confidential.

When you make a purchase from our site, you provide your name, email address, address, phone number. We use this information to process your orders, to keep you updated on your orders, and to personalize your shopping experience.

PAYMENT POLICIES, EXCHANGES, RETURNS & REFUNDS

All items must be prepaid prior to delivery. Payment can be made in the form of E-Transfer.

Returned Items will receive a 30% Restocking Fee and when returned, an 10% Administrative Cancellation Fee will be charged.

RETURN REQUIREMENTS

Please carefully read the following Return Policy to see if your item meets the criteria for an acceptable return.

We will not be accepting any items that have been USED or INSTALLED.

​

Make sure the product is in its ORIGINAL condition and returned in its ORIGINAL packaging.

Ensure the product is returned with all accessories, instructions/paperwork, parts and packaging material that it was sent with.

Please allow 3-5 business days for the refund transaction to be completed and an additional 5-7 days for the refund to show up on your statement (times may vary depending on the financial institution).

All returns are to be approved by the Management at Ray Auto Glass. Do not send your order back without approval from a representative, or your shipment may be refused or returned to you.

Shipping: If a refund is given, it will only be for the cost of the item. Any outbound shipping charges paid will not be refunded if the order is returned. Shipping is non-refundable.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Return shipping costs are non-refundable.

NON-RETURNABLE PRODUCTS

We do not offer refunds, replacements or returns on Spray cans and clearance items.

FREE SHIPPING POLICY:

​

During free shipping promotions, free shipping only applies to addresses in Canada within normal Canada Post-delivery areas.

We offer free shipping to some regions in USA. (International shipments are subject to local taxes, customs, and duties and/or additional charges such as brokerage fees). These charges are the sole responsibility of the buyer.

Large items may be subject to additional shipping charges.

 

We do not accept responsibility for Equipment damaged during transportation.
